We believe that Christian education promotes the welfare of the entire person.  Through education in secular subjects, it prepares the student for daily living in the world; through formal religious training and the influence of Christian teachers, it provides for a proper relationship with God and one's fellow human beings.

The particular strength of the school as an agency of Christian education is that it provides for the daily strengthening of the Christian values already started in the home.  It allows for the training of the student for a life of ministry in the church and the world.

Throughout the day, the Word of God is applied and is the basis and guide for all learning and living.  The whole education is aimed at Christian training, though the particular subject may be secular in nature.  It is the aim of Grace Lutheran School to take into account all the child's needs of body, soul, and mind.  The objectives of our school may be summed up thus: "To know Christ, here in time and hereafter in eternity."  As St. Paul wrote to Timothy, "...and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus." (2 Timothy 3:15)
